                             Accommodation in schools in Gothenburg. Each team will receive one classroom for their own use. The Gothia Cup will arrange bedding for all participants. First meal is evening dinner Sunday, last meal is lunch Saturday.

 

                             Accommodation options:

      • Hotel accommodation in a nice hotel in Moeldal, approx. 5-10 minutes from Gothenburg. Rooms for 2-4 people all with TV, mini bar, telephone, data port, trouser/skirt press, ironing board and iron as well as a bath tub with shower. The hotel has a lounge, bar, conference rooms and a fitness center with Jacuzzi, sauna and fitness equipment.

     Supplement per person per night sharing a quadruple room $ 16.00.

     Supplement per person per night sharing a triple room $ 25.00.

     Supplement per person per night sharing a double room $ 34.00.

      • Hotel accommodation in a nice 4 star hotel in the center of Gothenburg. Breakfast only included. Double and triple rooms all with private bathroom, TV, telephone, parquet floor, mini bar, iron, trouser press, a kettle for tea and coffee and a safe deposit box. The hotel has a lounge, bar and various restaurants.

     Supplement per person per night sharing a triple room $ 33.00.

     Supplement per person per night sharing a double room $ 45.00.

 

                             Both hotel options include breakfast daily only. The Gothia Cup offers a meal plan as well; self service-cafetaria type meals served at the schools. Costs are approx. $ 100.00 per person for 12 meals and $ 55.00 per person for 6 meals (lunch or dinner).

 

                             Please notice that we can guarantee these hotel names only when the entire group books a hotel stay. If your team will stay at the schools, parents will be accommodated in similar hotels but not necessarily in these specific hotels.

 

                             Airport transfers:

                             Please notice that the Gothia Cup arranges only 1 airport transfer after arrival and 1 before departure. If your group decides to accommodate a part of the group in schools and a part (parents) in a hotel, the airport transfer to the hotel is not included. More information available upon request.

 

July 18         Morning start group matches. Evening opening ceremo­ny in the Ullevi stadium with more than 35,000 spectators. Gothia Cup disco.

 

July 19         Group matches. Evening Gothia Cup disco. Team leader reception with more than 2,500 team leaders and coaches.

 

July 20           Group matches. Evening Gothia Cup disco. Team leader matches.

 

July 21         Play off matches. Evening Gothia Cup disco. Professional game at the Ullevi stadium between IFK Gothenburg and another well know pro club.

 

July 22         Play off matches. Team leader games followed by a barbecue. Evening Gothia Cup disco and Gothia Cup team leader pub.

 

July 23         Gothia Cup finals in the Ullevi Stadium.

 

July 24         Transfer to Gothenburg airport. Return flight.

 

 

Participant Prices

 

 

In case your group has more than 50 people please request new prices.

 

The Tour Prices quoted above include:

 

§                     Accommodations and meals as specified in the itinerary.

§                     All mentioned transfers by bus. During the Gothia Cup the tournament organizer arranges free public transportation. On free days we can arrange a private chartered bus for excursions (for an additional charge).

§                     Tournament participation and all team fees. Please review the tournament information sheets for detailed information.

§                     Round trip air fare as well as airport taxes as noted.

 

Not included:

 

§                     Beverages (soda) with meals.

§                     Gratuities for representatives and bus drivers.

§                     Admission fees to attractions.

 

Options

 

§                     An accident, illness and trip cancellation insurance. Information will be mailed to you after booking.

§                     Single rooms in hotels are an additional US$ 40.00 (CAN$ 50.00) per night – this in addition to the double room prices. Please notice that in cases when we offered double rooms (2 people per room) and your group has an odd number of people (7, 9, etc.) booked then we have to incorporate 1 triple room (rest doubles) or 1 single room (rest doubles). It is up to the group to decide if triple rooms or single rooms will be incorporated in such a case, and if single rooms are used then the group is responsible for the extra cost of US$ 40.00 (CAN $ 50.00) per person per night.

§                     On free days during our summer tournaments we can arrange (for an additional charge) a private chartered bus for excursions.
