Participants Agreement To Accept and Abide By Rules of Program

“Eurotrip Players Code of Conduct”

Players participating in the Morrisville SC trip to Spain are exercising a privilege afforded them by their parents and community. These players must exhibit the maturity to be successful in this pursuit. Thus, the following guidelines and rules shall apply in all activities the team will experience in Spain.

I. GENERAL GUIDELINES

Players are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a manner which is in keeping with representing their parents, the Morrisville Soccer Club, and the United States and will not bring discredit upon themselves.

When traveling with the team, each player is expected to dress appropriately as befits representing Morrisville SC or as directed by the Coaches and chaperones.

Respect for property of others, adherence to the rules and guidelines as specified here or by the Coach/Administrator, and observance of State, Federal and Spainish laws are required for participation in this program.

II DISCIPLINE

Substance use and/or possession thereof (drugs, alcohol and/or tobacco (by minors) will be cause for termination from the trip.

Persistent irresponsible and disrespectful behavior may be cause for termination from the trip.

Destruction of property or violation of US or Spainish Laws is cause for termination from the trip.

III. SAFETY GUIDELINES
The coach, parent chaperones and players will establish guidelines and rules for where and when the team leaves the hotels and soccer facilities. This includes when and how to check in with an adult and when they should return to their rooms. Rules will be determined by the circumstances encountered at each location. The chaperones have the authority to determine the consequences of breaking the rules and with enforcing them when broken.

NOTE: If an extreme event occurs while traveling, the player may be sent home immediately at the parent’s cost by whatever means is most convenient for the chaperones. No reimbursement of trip costs will be made to the dismissed player.

We, the undersigned, have read, understand and agree to abide by the above guidelines and rules. We also agree to accept actions taken for failure to abide by these guidelines.
