We have been entered in the age category boys born after January 1, 1992.

· A standard deviation fee of $150.00 per person (group rates are subject to

availability). If you are interested in deviating and returning from

Barcelona after the July 10th date please let me know, but no later than April 15, 2010. Airlines might request a higher fare if space is getting

limited.

Air France allows that a maximum of 20% of our group can deviate. This can be done on the inbound (return) flights only.

· Please e-mail me your name as it appears on your passport.

I also need your birthdate and address and phone number.

· After April 15 our group cannot add people or request deviations.

information about European Soccer Tours.

· For our games (tournament and friendly games), referees will be provided. It is usual in Europe that teams provide their own linesmen (yes Tom that means YOU).

· We have an option of taking out trip insurance – we can discuss this at our next meeting.

· Please be aware that, because of the unstable oil market, the airlines may institute a fuel surcharge. I will inform you of any increases, this did occur in 2005 which was $50 additional per person. Hopefully this will not occur this year.

· The tour costs are based on the exchange rate of the US$ towards the Euro. Fluctuations of the exchange rates of all involved currencies can affect the tour costs although it has not been an issue in our past trips.

· Summary of payment deadlines:

November 15 payment of $400.00 per person

January 15 payment of $400.00 per person

March 15 payment of $400.00 per person

May 15 Final balance due for group

Trip Cost: the tour as per our May 29 proposal ($ 1,978 with 20-24 people, $ 1,955.00 with 25-29 people, etc)
