Very important information - general information:

 

 

·         Be aware of the fact the banks in Europe are many times closed during the weekends. We advise you to change money, if you arrive during a weekend, at the airport, after arrival or already in the U.S.

 

·         We strongly advise that the tour manager and/or the coach will collect copies of all participants’ passports. And, if paper tickets are issued (not necessary for e-tickets), make copies of the airline tickets as well.

 

·         This is a skeleton itinerary only. The definite day to day program will be discussed with you upon arrival. The organized playing times and dates of your games and/or clinics and receptions must be honored.

 

·         Entrance fees and parking fees, unless otherwise stated, are not included.

 

·         Please read the general information included in our website and tour proposal again before departure. This to avoid any misunderstanding.

 

·         Please notice that we advise you to check always the flight times and flight numbers in your tickets because these are the only correct times. Times mentioned in this itinerary might have changed.

 

·         In case of delays during transfers please inform always our representative and/or your accommodations about the exact arrival time.

 

·         Please notice that if your group arrives earlier than 3:00PM, it might be possible that the rooms will not be available yet. Usually check in is after 3:00PM.

 

·         Soccer balls will be only provided for the games. Please bring your own soccer balls for training sessions and/or clinic sessions.

 

·         If problems arise during the tour please contact our local representative right away.

 

 

 

Ground transportation

During the Copa Catalunya we have included tournament shuttle to/from the tournament sites and your hotel as well as airport transfers July 3 (with a 4 hours visit to Barcelona) and 10, 2010 from/to Barcelona airport. Please notice that if you arrange an excursion which involves parking fees, these fees need to be paid by the group.

 

We have booked for your group a private bus – 10 hours – for July 10 to arrange a tour to Barcelona. In addition to this, we have included another day bus hire – 8 hours. Please contact the Copa Catalunya transportation coordinator after arrival to book the exact day.

Reconfirm your flights.

We advise you to reconfirm your return flight as soon as you have arrived in Europe. You can either do this at the airport or phone the airline in the country you are visiting.

 

Check-in.

We strongly advise that all groups traveling to Europe arrive at the reservations desk for check-in three hours before departure. Seat assignments are presented to your group at check-in along with your boarding passes. Be sure to have your group’s passports ready for inspection.

05.45 hours:                      Arrival Paris CDG Airport.

07.40 hours:                      Departure flight AF 1148 from Paris to Barcelona airport.

09.20 hours:                      Arrival Barcelona airport.

                                      After passing through customs at Barcelona Airport your group will be met by the Copa Catalunya assistant. He/she will meet you in the arrival hall displaying a sign with your group‑name.

10.30 hours:                      Transfer to Barcelona center. Four hours at leisure to explore the city.

15.00 hours:                      Transfer to the Copa Catalunya Information Center where complete information will be given over the Copa Catalunya and your stay.
