Accommodation – The Great Wall Cup

Youth accommodation/Full board – daily breakfast, lunch and dinner is included.

Accommodation in a Youth Hostel (Utel Youth Hostel or similar) which is an integration of youth hostel and budget hotel. Rooms for 4-8 people with shared facilities. Facilities of the hostel include a lobby area and lounge and restaurant.

Accommodation Option:

Accommodation in a 4-star hotel located in the Beijing Olympic Sports Center. Full board (all meals included). Double and triple rooms with air-co and private bathroom. Facilities of the hotel include shops, restaurant and bar and lounge.

Supplement per person and night is US$ 30 per person per night.

July 24 Start of tournament and Opening Ceremony.

July 25 Tournament games and sightseeing tour.

July 26 Tournament games and sightseeing tour.

July 27 Tournament rest day. Day trip to The Great Wall. The Great Wall is one of the wonders of the world that created by human being. It is not only the magnum opus of human being but also the soul of China. The Great Wall is a series of stone and earthen fortifications in northern China, built, rebuilt, and maintained between the 5th century BC and the 16th century to protect the northern borders of the Chinese Empire from Xiongnu attacks during various successive dynasties. Since the 5th century BC, several walls have been built that were referred to as the Great Wall.

July 28 Great Wall Cup of Beijing Semi Finals.

July 29 Great Wall Cup of Beijing Finals and closing banquet.

July 30 Transfer to Bejing airport. Return flight.

In case your group has more than 50 people please request new prices.

The Tour Prices quoted above include:

§ Accommodations and meals as specified in the itinerary.

§ All ground transportation including airport transfers, transfers for tournament games and for all sightseeing activities.

§ Tours and sightseeing in Beijing(Tian’anman Square, The Forbidden City, The Great Wall Trip, The Temple of Heaven, Old Beijing tour, 2008 Olympic Park, Kung-fu Show).

§ Tournament participation and all team fees. Please review the tournament information sheets for detailed information.

§ Local representatives/assistants at the Great Wall Cup will provide you with any assistance when necessary, and help plan or amend your daily schedule as needed.

§ Round trip air fare as well as airport taxes as noted.

Not included:

§ Beverages (soda and bottled water) with meals.

§ Gratuities for representatives and bus drivers.

§ Visa application fees.

Options

§ An accident, illness and trip cancellation insurance. Information will be mailed to you after booking.

§ Single rooms in hotels are an additional US$ 40.00 (CAN$ 50.00) per night – this in addition to the double room prices. Please notice that in cases when we offered double rooms (2 people per room) and your group has an odd number of people (7, 9, etc.) booked then we have to incorporate 1 triple room (rest doubles) or 1 single room (rest doubles). It is up to the group to decide if triple rooms or single rooms will be incorporated in such a case, and if single rooms are used then the group is responsible for the extra cost of US$ 40.00 (CAN $ 50.00) per person per night.

§ On free days during our summer tournaments we can arrange (for an additional charge) a private chartered bus for excursions.
